Nancy Lohrer is the founder and principal of Integrated Contract Design and oversees the development and coordination of all ICD projects. With over thirty-five years working in the interior design industry, she has a wide range of professional experience from residential to corporate and institutional design and planning. Her body of work is representative of her precise execution and collaborative skills.

She is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is Florida, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island SDO certified as a women-owned business enterprise (WBE). Florida license #ID6529.

I have worked with Nancy for over 20 years, as she has assisted in the design and specification of furniture, finishes, furnishings, and equipment on projects ranging in size from very small projects to projects exceeding $100 million. Our clients love her attention to detail, her thorough knowledge of the industry, and her professionalism. Her expertise extends well beyond the selection and specification of furniture, as she is an extremely talented interior designer who understands the creation of an interior “environment,” blending texture, finish, color, and lighting to create a cohesive design aesthetic. We have utilized her design expertise and extensive knowledge of furniture and finishes to create many of our award-winning architectural environments; and we highly value her contribution. I have had the pleasure of working with Nancy Lohrer, the Principal of ICD, for the last two years on the Marshfield High School project. Nancy managed and shepherded this large furnishing and equipment procurement from the very beginning to closeout. Her systematic process with administrator and department heads kept the process on track as we met predetermined milestones. By keeping us on track we were able to finalize and place our orders early enough to have furnishing and equipment ahead of scheduled use.

ICD organizational skills of working with each department, reviewing, finalizing and acceptance made the administration review and final approval extremely easy. As the occupants have started to utilize their space we find that the transition has moved smoothly.

I hope to work with Nancy and her staff on future projects and recommend Integrated Contract Design for any future project that I am involved with.

I would highly recommend ICD on any projects in the future and be happy to be contacted regarding my experience. Dom Tiberi
